Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at aborifish.com. We are committed to providing high-quality dried African catfish fillets to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
• Sealed Item (if opened).
• Products that have been used or partially consumed.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@aborifish.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
3. Ship Your Item: Once you have received your RMA number, package the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Shipping Costs
• Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at returns@aborifish.com with your order number and details of the product. Our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
